refund policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid PostAI subscription. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment — no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per account and once per payment method.

2. how to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@postai.app with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include the email address associated with your account and, if possible, your Stripe invoice number. We will process your request promptly and confirm via email.

3. eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee you must:

  • Be a first-time paid subscriber (not a returning customer).
  • Submit your request within 30 calendar days of your first paid invoice.
  • Have no more than one prior refund on the same account.

Refund requests for renewals (monthly or annual) after the initial 30-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. what happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, your subscription is cancelled immediately and your account is downgraded to the Free plan. You retain access to Free plan features. Any data created during the paid subscription period remains accessible under the limits of the Free plan.

5. ai credits

AI credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. However, if you qualify for a refund on your first payment, any unused AI credits allocated under that subscription period will also be refunded as part of the total refund amount.

6. annual plan refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days under our money-back guarantee. After the 30-day window, annual subscribers may request a prorated refund for unused complete months remaining on the plan. To request a prorated refund, contact billing@postai.app. Prorated refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. processing time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated on our end.
