data deletion

If you connected PostAI with your Facebook or Instagram account and wish to delete your data, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1 — From your PostAI account

1. Sign in to PostAI
2. Go to Settings → Accounts
3. Disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account
4. Go to Settings, scroll to the Danger zone section, and click delete account

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request to privacy@getpostai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile information
• Your connected social accounts, and the access token we stored for each. For X, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, we also actively revoke that token with the platform, not just delete our copy of it.
• Scheduled posts and post history
• AI-generated content and media assets
